Alma Pickle

President

A native of northeastern Oklahoma, Alma has over 30 years experience in the traffic control industry. Over the course of her career, she has performed every administrative and accounting function necessary to steer the business. She is a working partner who is actively involved in the daily financial and administrative operations of AWS.

Alma is an alumnae of Northeastern State University (NSU) in Tahlequah, and is member of the National Association of Women In Construction (NAWIC). Her role as President of AWS puts the company in a unique position in the industry. Not only is she one of few female presidents in the industry, she is also a member of the Choctaw Nation.
